BCW32

The BCW32 is a high-voltage NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) designed for general-purpose amplifier applications. It is produced by Zetex Semiconductors, which is a subsidiary of Diodes Inc. 

The BCW32 is housed in a SOT-23 package which is compact and provides easy mounting. It has a maximum collector current (Ic) of 500 mA and a DC current gain (hFE) of up to 400. The transistor can withstand a maximum collector-emitter voltage (Vce) of 80 V and a base-emitter voltage (Vbe) of 6 V.
